Hi, I’m Kaia! I started practicing yoga at age 11 when my mom dragged me to my first class (plot twist: I loved it). Over 20 years later, yoga is still my favorite way to move, breathe, and come home to myself. My classes are encouraging, spirited, and alignment-focused blending movement, meditation, and breath to support both physical strength and nervous system regulation. You'll leave class feeling grounded, connected, a little sweaty, and like you just gave yourself and overdue nervous system rinse.
